Nature of Service
ReMinderBox is a digital subscription service that helps you organize receipts, warranties, bills, and expiry reminders. No physical goods are shipped.
Free Trial / Preview
Where available, you can try the service on a limited basis before purchasing a paid plan.
Subscription Renewal
Paid plans renew automatically each billing cycle unless cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your account or by contacting support.
Cancellations
Cancelling stops future renewals. You retain access to paid features until the end of the current billing period.
Refunds
- Duplicate charge: We will refund any verified duplicate payment.
- Technical inability to access service after payment: If you are unable to access the service within 7 days of payment despite our support, you may request a full refund.
Other circumstances, including partial-period use after successful access, are not eligible for refunds.
How to Request a Refund
Email refunds@shaktitechlabs.com with your name, payment reference, date, and reason. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method. Bank timelines may vary (typically 5–10 business days).
